- Bluetooth device preferences: Your saved favorite devices and auto-connect settings — stored locally on your device only, never transmitted to our servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device model, OS version, app version, unique device identifiers (Android Advertising ID / GAID)
- Bluetooth device data: Names and MAC addresses of paired Bluetooth devices — used locally only for auto-connect logic, never transmitted externally
- Battery status: Battery level of connected Bluetooth devices — read and displayed locally, never stored or transmitted
- Connection history: Records of Bluetooth connections — stored locally on your device only
- App usage data: Features used, session duration, crash reports, performance metrics
- Advertising identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID) used by Google AdMob to serve and personalise ads

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Google AdMob and Firebase, bound by Google's data processing agreements

5. Data Retention
- Bluetooth device data & preferences: Stored locally on your device. Deleted when you clear app data or uninstall.
- Location data: Never stored. Accessed in memory only for Bluetooth scanning, discarded immediately.
- Connection history: Stored locally on your device only. You can clear it from within the app.
- Analytics & crash data: Retained up to 14 months per Firebase default retention settings.
- Advertising data: Managed by Google AdMob per their data retention policies.

- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and third-party services
- Bluetooth device data and location data are never transmitted off your device
- Regular security audits and timely dependency updates

- Android 11 and below: Toggle "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"

10. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately at contact@fynotechnologies.com and we will delete it promptly. This App complies with COPPA.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States (where Google's servers are located). We ensure appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for EU data transfers.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or Play Store update notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
