This Privacy Policy explains how Fyno Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("Fyno Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Screen Cast Pro: Mirror TV mobile application, package name com.fynotech.mirror.cast.smarttv (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

a) Local Network Information
The App's core function is discovering and connecting to Smart TVs, Chromecast, Fire TV, and Android TV devices on your local Wi-Fi network. To do this, the App accesses your Wi-Fi connection state and scans your local network (using standard discovery protocols such as mDNS/SSDP) to find compatible casting devices. We do not access or store your Wi-Fi password or router credentials.

b) Media You Choose to Cast
When you use screen mirroring, your screen content is streamed directly and in real time from your device to the TV or casting device you select — it is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. When you use selective casting, we access only the specific photo, video, or audio file you choose to cast, never your full media library automatically.

c) Automatically Collected Information

  • Device type, operating system version, and language settings
  • App usage data, feature interactions, and crash/diagnostic logs
  • Advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID / Google Ad ID) for ad delivery, personalization, and campaign measurement

d) Purchase Information
Subscription payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Discover compatible devices on your network and establish a mirroring or casting connection
  • Deliver the screen mirroring and media casting features you request
  • Maintain, secure, and improve the App, and diagnose crashes/bugs
  • Serve and measure ads through our advertising partners
  • Process and manage subscription entitlements
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms

3. Screen Mirroring & Casting Data

  • Screen mirroring content is transmitted directly between your device and the TV/casting device over your local Wi-Fi network. We do not record, intercept, or store what you mirror or cast.
  • We do not access your camera or microphone for any mirroring or casting feature.
  • We do not use any media you cast to train AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the connection you requested.
  • We never sell your photos, videos, or audio files, and we don't use them for marketing without your consent.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob & Google Ads)

The App displays ads served through Google AdMob, and we may run install campaigns through Google Ads. These Google services may collect and process:

  • Advertising identifiers and device information, to serve and measure ads
  • Approximate (not precise) location, where permitted, for ad relevance
  • Conversion data (e.g. that an install or in-app action followed an ad click), for campaign measurement

Google acts as an independent data controller for its own ad services. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses data in ads for details. You can manage ad personalization anytime in your device's Google Settings.

5. Your Consent Choices

EU / UK / EEA users: Where required under Google's EU User Consent Policy, we present a consent prompt before loading personalized ads, letting you accept or reject non-essential data processing.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): Personalized advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law. You can opt out anytime via your device's ad settings or by emailing us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Info."

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for monetary payment. We share limited data only:

  • With service providers (hosting, analytics, advertising) strictly to operate the App
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Fyno Technologies, our users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, under standard confidentiality protections

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not retain your mirrored screen content or cast media on our servers — it is transmitted directly to your chosen device and not stored by us at all. To request deletion of any account or usage data we do hold (such as diagnostic logs), email us below — we'll respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and ad requests from this App are not tagged as child-directed. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing, including for advertising. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypting diagnostic data in transit. Screen mirroring and casting connections operate over your local Wi-Fi network; we recommend using a secured (password-protected) home network for the best security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Any limited diagnostic or usage information we collect may be processed in countries other than your own, including Pakistan, where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We take steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and where required, we'll provide additional notice inside the App.
