Welcome to Fake Video Call – Prank App ("the App"), developed and published by Fyno Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Pakistan (SECP Corporate ID: 0327148), with offices at Office #1, Second Floor, NJ Tower, Business Bay, Sector F, DHA Phase 1, Islamabad, Pakistan.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Please read this policy carefully. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
This App is designed purely for entertainment and prank purposes. It does not make real phone calls, does not connect to real people, and does not transmit any call data over a network.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use its core features. However, the following may be collected with your permission:
• Photos & Camera Access: If you choose to customize a prank call with your own photo or use your camera, the App requests access to your camera or photo library. This data is used solely on your device to personalize the prank call display and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Contact Names (Optional): If you choose to enter a custom caller name for a fake call, that name is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically:
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: App features used, session duration, in-app interactions, crash reports, and performance data.
• IP Address: Your device's IP address may be collected for analytics and security purposes.
• Advertising ID: Your device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) may be collected for personalized advertising purposes.
2.3 Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs
The App integrates third-party services that may independently collect information. These include:

• Vibration: To simulate an incoming call vibration effect.
• Internet Access: Required to load advertisements and for analytics.
• Network State Access: To check connectivity status for optimal ad loading.
All sensitive permissions (camera, storage) are requested only when you actively choose to use a feature that requires them. You may deny or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain features of the App.
5. Advertising

The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to display ads within the App. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other non-personal data to serve interest-based or personalized advertisements.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings: on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
• On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking and disable tracking.
• Opting out does not mean you will see no ads — you will still see non-personalized ads.

6. Data Storage & Retention

The App operates primarily as a local, on-device application. Custom caller photos, names, and prank settings are stored locally on your device only and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Analytics and usage data collected through Firebase and AdMob are retained by Google as per their own data retention policies. We retain aggregated, anonymized analytics data for as long as necessary to improve the App and comply with legal obligations.
When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is deleted from your device.
7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
• Service Providers: Third-party partners like Google (AdMob, Firebase) who assist in operating the App, subject to their own privacy policies.

The App is rated for users aged 3 and above on Google Play and the App Store. However, the App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

9. Data Security
